大型起重设备金属结构高空维修技术

摘要: 根据大型工程施工的特点,在建筑施工现场进行大型塔式起重机金属结构或其他金属结构断裂裂纹和变形的高空维修,是减少费用、缩短设备维修施工时间最有效的方法,但也存在安全风险和有一定的技术难度,只有充分发挥专业技术人员的积极性和创造性,才能解决金属结构高空维修的安全施工技术难题。通过案例提出了相关方法和创新的原则建议,供业内技术人员参考。

Abstract: According to the features of major engineering works, implementing upper air maintenance for fracture crack and distortion of largescale tower crane metal structure and other metal structure in the building construction spot is the most effective method for reducing expenses and equipment maintenance time. However, there is safety risk and technical difficulty lying in this method, only the enthusiasm and creativity of the specialized technical personnel is comprehensively performed can the technical difficulty of safety construction of metal structure upper air maintenance be solved. This article puts forward relevant methods and innovative principle advices by cases for the reference of the industrial technical personnel.
