摘要: 对贵州华电桐梓发电有限公司2×600MW机组工程采用引风机与脱硫增压风机合并的可行性进行了分析,提出了合二为一模式和分别独立设置模式下的风机选型方案。对2种模式下风机的初投资和运行维护费用等进行了比较,对合并风机的选型以及引风机配置数量进行了论证。推荐该工程采用引风机与脱硫增压风机合并设置的方案,推荐合并风机采用动叶可调轴流式风机。

Abstract: The feasibility of merging the induced draft fan and the booster fan for desulphurization in 2×600MW unit of Guizhou Huadian Tongzi Power Generation Corporation Limited was analyzed. The fan type selection schemes for merging mode and the two fans separately configuring mode were put forward. The initial costs and the costs of operation and maintenance of the two modes were compared. The type selection of merged fan and the configuring number of induced draft fan were demonstrated. The scheme of merging the induced draft fan and the boost fan for desulphurization was recommended in this project, and the axial fan with adjustable rotor blade was recommended for the merged fan.
