空分整体化程度对整体煤气化联合循环系统性能的影响

Influence of integration extent of air separation unit on performance of IGCC system

摘要: 介绍了整体煤气化联合循环系统的组成,论述了空分工艺流程的选择及空分装置与燃气轮机系统的连接方式。在此基础上,分析了整体空分系数对燃气轮机和汽轮机性能的影响,建立了数学模型和计算条件,在计算条件下,确定了整体空分系数Xas=0.6是最佳的压气机抽气比例。

Abstract: The composition of the IGCC system was introduced. The selection of air separation process flow and the connection mode of air separation device with gas turbine system were expounded. Based on this, the influence of air separation unit integrated coefficient on the gas turbine and steam turbine was analyzed; and a mathematical model and calculation conditions were established. Under the calculation conditions, it was determined that the air separation unit integrated coefficient Xas=0.6 is the optimal extraction ratio of air compressor.
