摘要: 结合我国一次能源和电源结构的现状,分析了我国经济和电力发展面临的问题,在节能减排的大背景下,提出了规划建设CC+CCUS技术的示范工程,为解决经济发展的能源需求与环境保护之间存在的矛盾寻求最佳的解决途径,为我国电力发展模式探索一条新的出路。

关键词: 一次能源, 整体煤气化联合循环发电系统技术, CC技术, CCS技术, CC+CCUS技术

Abstract: Combining with the situation of domestic primary energy source and power industry structure, the problems faced in field of domestic economy and electric power development were analyzed. Under the large background of energy saving and emission reduction, it was proposed to plan and construct the demonstration project of carbon capture and utilization and sequestration technology based on carbon capture technology, the purpose of which is to find the optimal way to solve the contradiction between the energy demand of economic development and the environment protection and find a new development mode for electric power industry of our country.
