燃油供油多级泵平衡盘磨损的原因分析及对策

摘要: 针对郑州某热电厂卧式9级离心输油泵运行中出现的平衡盘磨损严重、机封频繁漏油等问题进行了分析,认为轴向推力不能被平衡盘所抵消是平衡盘磨损的主要原因,采取相应的改造措施后,多级供油泵故障率大大降低。

Abstract: In operation of the horizontal type 9stage centrifugal oil delivery pump of a thermal power plant in Zhengzhou, the balance disc was worn seriously, and the oil leakage fault was occurred frequently in machine sealing. The above problems were analyzed; and according to this analysis, it was determined that the main reason of wear of the balance disc is that the axial thrust can not be counteracted by the balance disc. Relevant reformation measures were adopted, and the fault rate of the oil feeding multistage pump was decreased greatly.
