摘要/Abstract

摘要： 分析了240t/h循环流化床锅炉给水pH值正常而炉水pH值偏低的原因，针对影响炉水pH值偏低的因素，提出了解决措施，防止锅炉水冷壁爆管，以保障机组的安全、稳定运行。

关键词: 炉水pH值, 离子交换树脂, 除盐水, 冷凝水, 原因分析, 解决方法

Abstract: The pH value of the fed water for the 240t/h CFB boiler was normal, but the pH value of the boiler water was lower. The reason of the lower pH value of the boiler water was analyzed. Aiming at the factors causing the pH value of the boiler water to be lower, a solution was put forward. The tube crack accident of water wall of the boiler was prevented; and safe and stable operation of the unit was ensured.
