数字电调系统中调门突开原因分析

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 湖南长沙发电有限公司 #1机组大修后，先后出现2次冲转暖机过程中中调门突然开启、转速上升很快且控制不住转速的情况，详细分析了数字电调控制系统及中调门突开的原因，采取了有效措施后，数字电调系统中调门突开现象消失。

关键词: 数字电调系统, 暖机逻辑, 升速, 原因分析

Abstract: In the Hunan Changsha Power Generation Corporation Limited, after the overhaul of the unit No.1, the mediumpressure regulating valve suddenly opened during rolling the turbine and warming up two times, and the rotate speed was increasing quickly and can not be controlled. The digital electrohydraulic control system and the reason of the mediumpressure regulating valve suddenly opening were analyzed in detail. After the effective measures were adopted, the suddenly opening of the mediumpressure regulating valve was not occurred again. 
