摘要: 微观选址是风力发电的关键技术环节,直接关系到风电场的运行效益。在复杂地形条件下,道路、集电线路等投资较大,应使发电量及投资效益等各项指标综合最优。目前微观选址软件均以发电量最大化为原则进行布机,但还应综合考虑湍流强度、入流角、综合造价及经济效益等影响因素。以某复杂地形风电场微观选址方案为例,通过建立快速投资估算及费用-效益模型,对各个方案进行对比分析,确定了最优方案,验证了该模型的实用性。

Abstract: Micrositting is the key link of wind power generation technology, and it relates to the operation benefit of wind farm directly. Under the condition of complex terrain, the investment for road and power transmission line will be larger; it must be considered to get optimal comprehensive indicators, such as the electricity generating capacity, the investment benefit and etc. In current micro sitting softwares, the principle of wind turbine location is to get maximum electricity generation only. However, some other influencing factors, such as the turbulence intensity, the inflow angle, the comprehensive cost and the economic benefit, must be considered. Taking the micro sitting scheme of a wind farm in complex terrain as example, the fast investment estimation and costbenefit model was established. By using the model, sevoral schemes were compared and analyzed, and an optimal scheme was determined finally. By this example, the practical applicability of the model was verified.
