福伊特R16K-550型液力偶合器调速特性分析

摘要: 针对福伊特R16K-550型液力偶合器的结构,论述了液力偶合器的调速原理,通过对国电石嘴山电厂技术改造工程 #1机组A给水泵液力偶合器勺管开度、给水泵转速及给水流量等参数的测试,得出了液力偶合器调速特性,提升了给水泵自动控制品质。

Abstract: Based on the structure of Voith R16K-550 hydraulic coupling, its speed regulation principle was related. By the testing for spoon pipe opening, feed water pump rotation speed and outlet flow of boiler feed pump (BFP) A of technical innovation project in Ningxia Guodian Shizuishan Power Plant unit 1, the speed regulation characteristics of hydraulic coupling were acquired, and the BFP automatic control quality has been improved.
