摘要: 对姚孟发电有限责任公司300MW机组塔式锅炉灭火原因进行了分析,通过冷态动力场试验和有针对性的燃烧调整试验,找出了问题的症结所在,根据电厂的实际情况,提出了合理的运行调整方案及预防措施。实践应用结果表明,锅炉燃烧工况明显改善,未再出现过灭火故障。

Abstract: The reason of flameout of the 300MW tower type boiler in Yaomeng Power Generation Company Limited was analyzed. Based on the coldstate kinetic field experiment and targeted combustion adjustment experiment, the origin of the problem was found. According to the actual situation of the power plant, a rational operation adjustment scheme and preventive measures were put forward. The practical result shows that the boiler combustion condition was improved obviously, and the flameout fault does not occur again.
