摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过典型事例，分析了某电厂600MW超临界燃煤汽轮发电机组回转式空气预热器转子变形的原因，探索了不停一次风机而停运空气预热器进行检修的安全技术措施，制订了空气预热器意外停运及应急抢修的安全技术措施，总结了快速修正转子变形的经验。

关键词: 空气预热器, 转子, 变形, 抢修, 热风倒灌

Abstract: Based on the typical examples, the reasons of rotary air preheater rotor deformation of 600MW supercritical coalfired turbo generator unit in a power plant were analyzed. The technical safety measures of air preheater repairing without outage of the primary air fan were discussed. The technical safety measures for unexpected outage of the air preheater and its emergency repairing were formulated; and the experience on fast correcting the rotor deformation was summarized.
