吸收塔进石灰石浆液量频降原因分析

摘要: 某厂脱硫系统采用石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫工艺。在吸收塔进石灰石浆液过程中,出现了石灰石浆液流量短时间内突然从20m3/h降至4m3/h的现象,重启冲洗管路后,该现象再次出现。对吸收塔进石灰石浆液量频降的原因进行了分析,提出了运行控制措施,吸收塔进石灰石浆液量频降的问题得以控制。

Abstract: The limestonegypsum wet desulphurization technology was adopted in the FGD system of a power plant. During the limestone slurry is flowing into the absorption tower, in a short time, the limestone slurry flow into the tower rapidly reduced from 20m3/h to 4m3/h. After the pipeline had been washed, the phenomenon appeared once again. The reasons of the repeatedly reducing of the limestone slurry flow into the absorption tower were analyzed; some operation control measures were put forward; and the problem was under control.
