摘要：

某热电厂汽轮机中压油动机调节系统出现迟缓和卡涩现象，通过分析认为：由于检修人员将中压油动机压盖装偏，导致密封套与壳体产生挤压接触，当油动机活塞快速下移

时，密封套在摩擦力的作用下产生向下运动的阻力，导致密封套向上脱离，引起中压油动机故障。将油动机密封套取下进行修整并重新装配，排除了设备隐患，避免了设备事故的

发生。

Abstract:

The retardation and jam occurred in the regulating system of the steam turbine mediumpressure hydraulic servomotor in a thermal power plant.

According to the analysis, it is determined that the gland of the mediumpressure hydraulic servomotor was installed askew by the maintenance staff，the

seal sleeve was squeezed with the shell. When the servomotor piston is moving down quickly, the friction force act as resistance for the seal sleeve, which

disengages the seal sleeve upward and makes the fault of mediumpressure hydraulic servomotor. The servomotor seal sleeve had been taken down and repaired,

and it had been installed again. The hidden danger of the equipment was eliminated, and the equipment accident was avoided.
