摘要: 研究了一种多功能风电机组安全监测及故障诊断系统,能够对风电机组传动系统状态进行预测维修、防止设备二次故障、减少故障停机所造成的经济损失,有助于提高风电场现代化管理水平。除了监测传动机构振动情况并进行故障诊断外,该多功能风电机组安全监测及故障诊断系统还能够监测机舱内部明火及电气短路形成的烟雾,能够实时监测设备表面温度;具备视频监控、语音交互功能、射频识别功能,可对风场检修维护工作进行有效管理,提高风电场办公自动化水平。

Abstract: A multifunctional safety monitoring and fault diagnosing system for wind power generation set was developed. Using the developed system, it is able to carry out the predictive maintenance of the condition of wind turbine drive system, to prevent the secondary fault of the equipment and to reduce the economic losses caused by accidental shutdown. The system is helpful for improvement of modern management level of the wind farm. Other than vibration monitoring of the drive system and the fault diagnosis, the safety monitoring and fault diagnosing system can monitor open flame and smog caused by electric short circuit inside the cabin and can monitor the realtime surface temperature of the devices. The system has functions of video monitoring, voice interaction and radio frequency identification (RFID), which is useful for effective management of the maintenance of wind farms and improvement of the office automation level of wind farms.
