摘要: 针对火电厂可编程控制器(PLC)时序逻辑控制系统,阐述了时序逻辑的基本概念和设计方法,列举了2种时序逻辑设计思路,比较了2种设计思路的优缺点。实际应用表明,采用步序状态字与设备控制字相结合的方式来完成PLC时序逻辑控制系统,是一种比较简单清晰、易于扩展的时序逻辑设计方法。

Abstract: Aiming at the PLC sequential control system of thermal power plants, the basic conception and design method of the sequential logic were expounded. Two sequential logic design ideas were listed, and the advantages and disadvantages of the two design ideas were compared. The practical use shows that to adopt the combined method of the step sequence status words with the device control words to complete PLC sequential control system is a more simple and clear sequential logic design method with easy extensibility.
