钢带式干渣机和湿式刮板捞渣机除渣方案分析

摘要: 介绍了中电投平顶山发电分公司1000MW超临界锅炉钢带式干渣机的选择方案,论证了干式钢带冷渣机和湿式刮板捞渣机除渣方案并进行了技术经济比较。本着安全可靠、技术进步、经济合理、节水节能的原则,选用钢带式干渣机除渣为确定方案,实践结果表明,钢带式干渣机除渣方案可取得较好的节能效果,同时也降低了生产费用。

Abstract: The selection of slag removal scheme using steel tape dry slag conveyer for the 1000MW supercritical boiler in CPI Pingdingshan Power Generation Company was introduced. The slag removal scheme using steel tape dry slag cooling conveyer and the slag removal scheme using wet scraper slagoff machine were demonstrated, and the economical and technical performances of the two schemes were compared. According to the principles of safety and reliability, the technical advancement, the economical and reasonable and conservation of water and energy, the scheme using steel tape dry slag conveyer was selected. The practical application shows that better energy conservation effect was obtained by the scheme selection, and the operating cost was reduced too.
