高压级联变频器输出电流有效值检测方法

摘要: 通用型高压级联变频器由于结构上的优势,近年来已成为节约能源的关键设备,而变频器输出电流作为过载保护、过流保护以及V/F控制补偿的关键变量,实时精确测量其有效值是极为必要的。采用1/6周波快速真有效值法求出电流信号有效值,通过拟合得出变频器实际输出电流。这种算法属于真有效值算法范畴,适合测试含有谐波的电流信号,而且可避免其他方法所需的多次均值滤波,减少了运算时间。通过使用此算法,变频控制系统为过载保护提供了更精确的参考,降低了系统误动作率,使得设备可以设置更精确的安全裕量,保证设备的安全运行。

Abstract: In recent years, the universal type highvoltage cascade frequency converter became key device for energy conservation due to its structural advantages. The output current of the converter is the key variable for overload protection, overcurrent protection and V/F control compensation, so it is very necessary to measure the realtime current effective value accurately. The fast true RMS method using 1/6 period wave was used to calculate the effective value of the current signal. Then the fitting method was used to obtain the practical output current of the converter. The algorithm is one of true RMS algorithms and suitable for detection of current signal containing harmonics; and in this method, the repeated mean value filtering necessary for other methods is avoided, so the calculation time is reduced. By this method, the control system of the converter can provide more accurate reference for the overload protection circuit, and the misoperation rate of the system is decreased, which provides possibility to set more accurate safety margin for the equipment and to ensure safe operation of the equipment.
