摘要: 摘要:华润彭城2×1000MW机组塔式锅炉工程的安装具有较高的难度,尤其是炉内“三器”受条件限制是安装中的难点。从安装技术的角度出发,设计了一套提升系统,解决了炉内“三器”吊装的技术难题,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract: Abstract:There are larger difficulties in installation of tower type boiler of 2×1000MW unit in Pengcheng Power Plant. Especially, the installation of the “three devices” inside the boiler is difficult point in the boiler installation due to condition restrictions. Starting from the angle of installation technology, a hoisting system was designed, and the technical difficulty in lifting of the “three devices” inside boiler was solved. Better economic benefit and social effect were obtained.
