超临界锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀原因分析及改造措施

摘要:针对某电厂 #4锅炉出现的高温腐蚀和结焦情况,通过分析结焦原因,提出了改造卫燃带、调节制粉系统浓淡分离器浓淡比例、调平一次风、优化低氮燃烧调整措施等改造措施。改造后锅炉运行参数满足技术要求,消除了炉膛结焦问题,保证了锅炉安全、经济运行。

Abstract:

Abstract:Aming at the hightmperature corrosion and lagging of the boiler No.4 in a power plant, the reason of slagging was analyzed, and some reformation measures were adopted, whch include to reform the refractory belt, to adjust the dense and dilute ratio of the richlean separator of the plverizing system,to balance the primary air and to optimize lownitrogen combustion regulating method. After the reformation, the boiler operation parameters can satisfy the tchnical requirements, the slagging in furnace was eliminated, and the safe and economical operation of the boiler was ensured.
