摘要:为降低生产成本,云南华电昆明发电有限公司采取了掺烧非设计煤种的措施,脱硫系统偏离设计工况运行,脱硫效率降低,SO2排放达不到新标准要求。分析了锅炉掺烧非设计煤种后对脱硫效率的影响,提出了锅炉掺烧非设计煤种期间烟气脱硫系统的运行调控措施。调控后,在机组满负荷工况下,烟气换热器漏风率 < 1% ,脱硫效率达到95% 左右,脱硫系统按新标准达标排放,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:

Abstract:To lower operation cost,Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Company Limited blended non designed coal into combustion, and allowed flue gas desulfurization (FGD) systemoperation deviated from design condition. In this case,SO2 emission cannot meet new national emission requirements.After analyzing effects of design coal type to desulfurization efficiency,the author made a serious of adjustments to FGD system based oncombusting non designed coal type.After adjustment,flue gas heat exchanger air leakage is lower than 1%,desulfurization efficiency is higher than 95%,and FGD system emission meets the new requirements under full load working condition.This also created good economy benefits to the company.
