摘要:在目前国内高参数火力发电机组汽水指标控制均良好的情况下,对某电厂300MW机组低压转子腐蚀原因进行分析,从机组水汽控制指标、机组真空度、初凝区、停炉保护、材质等方面阐述了造成低压转子叶片腐蚀的原因,并提出相应的防范措施,确保机组安全、经济运行。

Abstract:In the circumstances that thermal power plant has been running great under highparameter, this paper chose a certain power plant to analysis the reason caused low pressure rotor corrosion in 300MW unit, including moisture control indicators, vacuum degree of the unit, initial condensing zone, shutdown boiler protection, etc. This paper also brings about precaution to above situation to make sure safe operation of the unit.
