摘要:

捞渣机链条张紧装置故障频繁导致机组被迫停运或降负荷运行,研究发现张紧装置的自动液压系统无泄压收缩止退及备用张紧功能,故障时会导致捞渣机链条脱落等问题。对张紧装置进行了优化改进,在捞渣机张紧架上方新增一套齿条棘爪止退和涡轮蜗杆升降机构,该机构在液压系统故障泄压时具有收缩止回及手动张紧功能。张紧装置改进后捞渣机故障小时数比改进前减少了91.8%,2台机组年发电量可增加20GW·h,机组的安全可靠性和经济性均显著提升。

Abstract:

A unit was forced to stop operation or low load operation due to submerged chain conveyor tension device frequent failure. After research, the automatic hydraulic system was not featured with depressurized retaining or standby tension. Failure caused chain fall off. After improvement on the tension device, constriction retaining and manual tension were added on the system. The failure hours reduced by 91.8%. Energy generated was increased by 20GW·h. The reliability and economy was increased remarkably.
