摘要:

依据超声相控阵检测技术原理,结合锅炉受热面小径管对接焊缝的特点,研制了专用的超声相控阵检测换能器和楔块,在PHASCAN型便携式超声相控阵仪上实现了小径管对接焊缝的二维成像检测。选择51mm×4mm的小径管人工缺陷进行验证,该检测技术能快速、直观、有效地检测出裂纹缺陷,可确保锅炉安全运行,防止爆管。

Abstract:

Based on the principle of ultrasonic phased array inspection technology, combined with the character of heat surface small diameter pipe butt weld, the specific ultrasonic phased array inspection transducer and wedge was developed. Two dimensions image inspection for small diameter pipe was realized based on PHASCAN portable ultrasonic phased array device. Artificial defects of 51mm×4mm small diameter pipe was chosen for verification. This technology is rapid, intuitional, and effective. This will ensure the safety of boiler operation and prevent pipe booster.
