350MW超临界机组空气预热器停转故障分析

以建投承德热电有限责任公司350MW机组为例,分析了回转式空气预热器主轴停转故障的原因,对空气预热器内部转子、支撑与导向轴承等进行了异物检查,调取分析了进出口烟气温度变化曲线,确认空气预热器本体转动部件无异常后,结合故障前后主辅电机电流变化趋势,认定传动装置故障为主因。对减速机进行拆机检查,发现末级齿轮轴承内圈断裂,保持架损坏,丧失传动能力,在对失效轴承实施更换后,空气预热器恢复正常运行。结合设备监视数据及现场轴承损坏情况,还原了轴承失效导致空气预热器停转的故障发生过程,并给出了预防建议。

Abstract:

Based on Jiantou Chengde Power and Heat Company Limited 350MW unit, cause of rotary air preheater main shaft stalling failure was analyzed. After internal inspection and flue gas temperature curve analysis, air preheater rotatable parts were conformed function properly. Combined with motor current trend before and after failure, the main cause was determined as transmission part failure. After reducer disassemble inspection, it was found that final drive gear bearing inner race fracture, retainer damage and transmission lost. After changing failed bearing, air preheater returned to normal. Combined with monitoring data, the failure process was reproduced. Preventive advices were provided.
