摘要:

某电厂超临界II1型锅炉检修后尾部烟道出现振动。经分析、计算、试验,认为振源在低温过热器区域,引起振动的主要原因是卡门涡流脱落频率接近烟道的声学驻波频率而使设备产生高频共振所致。通过在低温过热器区域加装防振隔板,振动问题得以解决,取得了满意的效果。

Abstract:

A power plant’s supercritical II1 type boiler was vibrating after maintenance. After analysis, calculation and test, vibration source was indicated from low temperature overheater. Vibration was found resonance due to Karman vortex shedding frequency is close to the acoustics standing wave frequency of duct. By adding antivibration separate plate at low temperature overheater area, vibration was eliminated.
