摘要:

针对国产660MW超超临界机组投产后,再热蒸汽温度设计值620℃(机侧)目标较难实现的现状,从机组设计、工程质量管控和运行优化调整等方面进行了分析、优化和完善。机组投入商业运行后,实现了再热蒸汽温度620℃长期安全、稳定运行的目标,取得的成功经验可供同类型机组建设和运行调整时参考。

Abstract:

After the operation of domestic 660MW ultrasupercritical units, it is hard to achieve the designed reheating steam (turbine side) temperature which is 620℃. Analysis, optimization and improvement are made from unit design, engineering quality control and operation optimization, etc. After the commercial operation of units, the reheat steam temperature can be kept at the targeted 620℃ stably in long term. The success of the practice provides a reference for the sametype units in their construction and operation.
