摘要:

由于安装位置不合理,金属电缆槽盒长期处于发电机强大的电磁场内,电磁涡流会引起金属槽盒长期发热,最终使金属槽盒内二次电缆绝缘性能降低,造成继电保护误动作,机组跳闸。针对这类事故进行技术分析,从设备的设计、选材、安装、调试、运行方面进行对标自查、整改。在出现由涡流引起的发热故障后,应尽早正确地处理,避免此类故障的发生,保证发供电的可靠性。

Abstract:

Due to the unreasonable installation position, the metal cable tray is in severe electromagnetic field of the generator for long time. The electromagnetic eddy current heats the metal tray, and finally the insulation performance of the secondary cable in the metal trough box will be reduced, which leads to relay protection malfunction and unit tripping event. Conduct technical analysis on such accidents, and carry out selfchecking and rectification from the equipment design, material selection, installation, commissioning and operation. Heating fault caused by eddy currentsshould be handled properly as early as possible to avoid such faults and ensure the reliability of power supply.
