摘要:

对焊缝进行衍射时差法超声检测(TOFD),在其他参数一定的情况下,选用频率较高的探头在一定程度上可以减小表面盲区高度。但从声束扩散理论方面考虑,频率较高的探头其声束覆盖范围小,会导致声束不能覆盖全部焊缝。基于超声波声束扩散理论,结合焊接工艺等因素,得到不同厚度工件的合理探头参数,可为相关人员编制TOFD检测工艺时提供参考。

Abstract:

Time of flight diffraction (TOFD )is used to test the weld. If other parameters are given, a probe with a higher frequency can reduce the height of the surface dead zone to a certain extent. However, considering the theory of sound beam diffusion, the probe with a higher frequency has a smaller sound beam coverage, which hinder full coverage of waves on the welds. Based on the ultrasonic beam diffusion theory, combined with the welding process and other factors, the reasonable probe parameters of work pieces with different thicknesses can be obtained, which can provide reference for relevant personnel to prepare the TOFD detection process.
