摘要:

针对国电驻马店热电有限公司布袋除尘器脉冲喷吹顺序控制系统改造,由两台机组共用的一对可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)改造为分散控制系统(DCS)。介绍了改造及实现DCS控制的过程,以及系统投运后产生的积极效果和安全性的提高。此次改造提升了布袋除尘器脉冲喷吹控制系统的安全性、稳定性、可操作性等。

Abstract:

Modification of injection sequence of control system is made on bag filter in Guodian Zhumadian Thermal Power Company Limited. A distributed control system(DCS) replaces a pair of original programmble logic controllers (PLC)which are shared by the 2 units.It introduces the process of transformation and implementation of DCS in detail, as well as the positive effects and safety improvements that resulted from the commissioning of the system. This transformation improves the safety, stability and operabilityof the pulse jet control system of bag filters.
