摘要:

为保证入炉煤皮带秤数据准确可靠地远传至输煤程控系统可编程逻辑控制器(PLC),针对拉姆齐Micro-TechTM2000系列称重显示控制仪及输煤程控系统的Quantum 67160 PLC,建立了RS485标准下基于ModBus协议的通信网络。阐述了该通信网络的硬件接口、通信协议、通信要求以及通过XXMIT功能块编程的软件实现过程,解决了输煤PLC和称重显示控制仪之间的数据通信问题,实现了入炉煤电子皮带秤的远程监控。

Abstract:

In order to ensure accurate and reliable data transfer form belt scales for coal as fire to the distant programmable logic controller (PLC) of coal conveying control system, to deal with Quantum 67160 PLC for Ramsey Micro-TechTM2000 series weighing display controller and coal conveying control system, a communication network based on ModBus protocol under the RS485 standard is established. The hardware interface, communication protocol, communication requirements for communication network and the software programmed by XXMIT function module are described. The problem of data communication between the coal conveying PLC and the weighing display controller is solved. The remote monitoring on electronic belt scales for coal as fire is realized.
