摘要: 为保证太阳能光热电站空冷大排汽管道系统关键管件的安全、可靠运行,采用 ANSYS软件对新疆哈密太阳能光热塔式1×50 MW机组工程项目直接空冷大直径排汽管道系统中的特殊异径四通进行结构有限元分析。对该异径四通在真空外压和自重载荷下的应力状态进行计算,并分析其整体的稳定性。依据JB/T 4732—2005对该应力情况进行校核,计算结果表明须对原结构进行改进。改进后异径四通满足标准要求。本次改造可为直接空冷排汽管道系统的整体安全、可靠运行提供理论参考。

Abstract: In order to ensure the secure and reliable operation of key pipe fittings in air cooling large exhaust pipelines of solar thermal power plants,ANSYS software is used to analyze a special reducing cross in the direct air cooling largediameter exhaust pipeline of 1×50 MW Xinjiang Hami Tower Solar Thermal Project. The stress state of the special reducing cross under the vacuum external pressure and self weight load is calculated,and its overall stability is analyzed. The stress calculation results are checked and verified according to the standard JB/T 4732—2005,which witness the necessity of improvement on the original pipe structure. The improved special reducing cross meets the requirements of the standard. The improvement can provide theoretical reference for the secure and reliable operation of a whole direct air cooling exhaust system.
