超超临界机组再热蒸汽管道热推弯头强度分析

Intensity analysis of reheat steam pipeline hot pushed elbow for ultra supercritical units

摘要: 对超超临界机组再热蒸汽热段管道的弯头采用了有限元分析方法,分析结果表明,弯头在内压载荷的作用下,出现较高应力的区域集中在内拱处的内弧面,外拱处和其他部位的应力相对较小;弯头的最大应力发生在内拱处约25°~35°转角处,弯头内拱壁厚是设计中重点部位,为进一步改进弯头结构设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Finite element analysis method is taken to analysis the reheat steam pipeline elbow heat stress in ultra supercritical unit, which the results showed that, under the intrinsic pressure load, the higher stress fields focus on intrados surface inside arches place, while outside arching place and other places have lower stress. The highest stress filed appeared corner place 25°~35°of inner arching. therefore, the design of elbow inner arching thickness is very important, and the results provided theory basis for the structure design of elbow.
