有限元分析方法在研究叶片断裂方面的应用

Application of finite element method in the analysis of blade fracture

  1. In view of the 330MW subcritical condenser steam unit with single intermediate reheat, four cylinders and quadruple flow, the large-area cracking problem on the 4th-stage blade of LP rotor was analyzed. Main factors contributing to the vibration response and dynamic stress of blades were discussed. With the vibration model, the vibration features and dynamic stress were calculated. The result showed that the blade fracture was mainly caused by the defective design in blade vibration characteristics.

摘要: 以330MW亚临界、中间一次再热、四缸四排汽单轴凝汽式汽轮发电机组为背景,针对汽轮机低压转子第4级叶片出现的大面积开裂问题,分析了影响叶片振动响应和动应力的主要因素,利用振动模型,对叶片的振动特性和动应力进行了分析计算,得出叶片振动特性设计不良是造成叶片开裂的主要原因。

Abstract:

In view of the 330MW subcritical condenser steam unit with single intermediate reheat, four cylinders and quadruple flow, the large-area cracking problem on the 4th-stage blade of LP rotor was analyzed. Main factors contributing to the vibration response and dynamic stress of blades were discussed. With the vibration model, the vibration features and dynamic stress were calculated.
