摘要/Abstract

摘要： 华能玉环电厂百万千瓦超超临界火电机组#2锅炉运行1年后，首次B级检修结束，锅炉管道安全阀采用在线整定。重点对在线整定的工作原理及整定步骤进行了介绍，并对整定结果进行分析，结合整定过程中碰到的问题及解决方法，对后续超超临界锅炉安全阀的整定提出了合理化建议。

关键词: 超超临界锅炉, 安全阀, 在线整定

Abstract: The first Blevel maintenance of boiler No.2 of 1000MW ultrasupercritical unit in Huaneng Yuhuan Power Plant was accomplished after one year of operation, and online setting process was used in the maintenance for the safety valve of boiler pipe. The principle and the process flow of online setting were introduced emphatically, the result of online setting was analyzed. The problems occurred in setting process and their solution were described, according to these, some rationalization suggestions for subsequent safety valve setting of ultra-supercritical boiler were proposed.
