摘要: 为了节约能源、降低厂用电率,云南华电昆明发电有限公司对2×300MW火力发电机组的凝结水泵进行了变频改造。介绍了凝结水泵变频改造中热控逻辑和运行画面的修改与完善,对运行人员提出了具体要求。凝结水泵变频改造后,热控逻辑完善,操作方便,节能效果显著。

Abstract: In order to save energy and reduce the house service consumption rate, the condensate pumps of 2×300MW thermal power generation units of Yunnan Huadian Kunming Power Generation Corporation Limited were reformed using variable frequency technology. The modification and perfection of the thermal process control logic and the operational picture in the variable frequency reformation for the condensate pumps were introduced, and concrete requirements for operators were put forward. After the variable frequency reformation of the condensate pumps, the thermal process control logic became perfect and easy to operation, obvious energysaving effects were obtained.
