摘要: 针对火力发电厂高温紧固螺栓超声波检验的特点,介绍了采用小角度纵波探伤法辅以横波探伤法的综合检验工艺,总结了在实际探伤工作中的经验,以实现对大于或等于M32的高温螺栓的有效检验。

Abstract: Aiming at the features of the ultrasonic testing for hightemperature fastening bolt used in thermal power plant, the comprehensive testing process was introduced, in which the longitudinal wave testing method with small angle is adopted, and the transverse wave testing method is used as assist measure. The experiences of practical defects detection were summarized. The effective testing of the hightemperature bolt with size greater than or equal to M32 was realized.
