摘要: 按照大容量单元制机组的设计理念,锅炉、汽轮机、发电机变压器组之间存在大联锁关系,若三大主设备中任一设备跳闸,在绝大多数情况下均应联锁跳闸其他主设备。火力发电企业为了有效避免机组非计划停运所带来的经济和信誉上的双重损失,进行了停炉不停机的改造,对占机组非计划停运次数60%以上的锅炉故障不再联锁将机组从电网解列,而是人为干预并辅以运行技术措施,以保证快速恢复机组正常运行。

Abstract: According to the design idea of large capacity unit system, there is an inseparable interlock between the boiler, the steam turbine and the generatortransformer set; in most cases, any one of the three main equipments tripping should cause the others to trip. In some thermal power plants, in order to effectively avoid the losses in both economy and credit caused by the unit nonplanned outage, the reformation for boiler shutdown without turbine outage had been carried out. When the boiler shutdown accident occurred, which counts about 60% of the unit nonplanned outage, the turbinegenerator set will no longer be broken from the power grid; by the human intervention, adding some operation technical measures, the turbinegenerator set could operate continuously to ensure that the unit can recover to normal operation quickly.
