摘要/Abstract

摘要： 论述了东方锅炉厂生产的DG490/13.73-Ⅱ2型循环流化床锅炉在安装及调试过程中出现的给煤系统漏粉、石灰石给料机卡涩、炉膛及回料器结焦、点火风道膨胀节变形烧损、空气预热器漏风等问题。介绍了给水泵滤网堵塞造成锅炉严重缺水停炉，省煤器区域严重超温，从而引发尾部烟道二次燃烧事故的经典案例，分析了事故发生的原因，提出了解决以及预防事故发生的具体措施，供同类型机组安装、试运行参考。

Abstract: The faults occurred during installation and commission of DG490/13.73-Ⅱ2 CFB boiler manufactured by Dongfang Boiler Factory were discussed, which include the pulverized coal leakage of coal feeder system, the jam of limestone feeder, the coking of furnace and refeeder, distortion and burning loss of ignition duct expansion joint, air leakage of air heater and others. Some typical accident examples, such as the boiler shutdown due to severe water shortage caused by blocking fault of filter screen of feed pump and secondary consumption in tail duct caused by serious overtemperature in economizer area, were introduced, and the reasons of the accidents were analyzed. The solving method and concrete measures to prevent the accidents were proposed, which can be used as reference for same units in erection and operation.

