蝴蝶阀关闭故障分析及处理方法

摘要: 在一些依靠重锤进行蝴蝶阀自关闭的水电站,蝴蝶阀运行几年后,在关闭过程中出现了蝴蝶阀关不到全关位置的故障。针对这个问题进行分析,提出了一种可靠的蝴蝶阀自动关闭程序,该程序既保证了蝴蝶阀的正常关闭,对水电站的检修、运行提供了安全保障,又较好地保护了蝴蝶阀主轴及轴承,延长了蝴蝶阀的使用时间。

Abstract: In some hydropower stations in which the butterfly valves are closed by themselves using heavy punch, the butterfly valves often can not closed fully after operating several years. The problem was analyzed, and a reliable automatic closing procedure of butterfly valve was proposed. The procedure can not only ensure normal closing of butterfly valve and provide safety guarantee for operation and overhaul of hydropower station, but also can protect the main shaft and bearing of butterfly valve and lengthen the service time of butterfly valve.
