摘要: 中国石化集团胜利石油管理局胜利发电厂1025t/h锅炉的直吹式制粉系统因入厂煤质量下降、原煤中杂物增多,时常发生堵塞,造成锅炉燃烧不稳定,飞灰可燃物升高。分析了直吹式制粉系统的堵塞原因,制订并实施了改进方案,保障了锅炉安全、稳定、经济运行。

Abstract: Due to the asreceived coal grade was reduced and the sundries in raw coal was increased, the directfired system of 1025t/h boiler of Shengli Power Plant was often blocked, and this caused the combustion of boiler to be not stable and the combustible matter in flyash to be increased. The blockage reason of the directfired system was analyzed, and an improvement scheme was determined and implemented. Then, the safety, stable and economical operation of the boiler was ensured.
