摘要: 风烟系统电动挡板控制关系到锅炉的安全稳定运行,特别是在风烟系统故障处理时,如果风烟系统电动挡板不能正确、及时地关闭以隔离故障,会使事故扩大。分析了四川广安发电有限责任公司4×300MW+2×600MW机组锅炉风烟系统电动挡板控制逻辑存在的隐患,提出了改进建议。

Abstract: The control of electrical damper of air and flue gas system concerns safety and stable operation of boiler. Especially, in fault treatment process of air and flue gas system, if the air and flue gas system electrical damper could not be closed correctly and timely to isolate the fault, the fault will be enlarged. The hidden hazard existed in air and flue gas system electrical damper control logic of 4×300MW+2×600MW units in Sichuan Guangan Power Generation Corporation Limited was analyzed, and an improvement suggestion was put forward.
