水轮机转轮叶片裂纹分析及补强处理

摘要: 乌江渡发电厂增容机组自2004年相继投产以来,在2007年检修中首次发现转轮叶片出现裂纹,经过分析、处理后投入运行,部分叶片反复出现裂纹。在2009年机组检修中,对 #1机组转轮叶片出水边与上冠联结处进行补强三角铁的处理。对补强前后的机组动平衡运行情况进行了对比分析,为彻底处理好转轮叶片裂纹问题提供依据。

Abstract: The adding units of Wujiangdu Hydropower Plant were put in operation in 2004 in succession. It is first time found that the cracks were occurred in blades in overhaul period in 2007. The cracks were analyzed and treated, then the units were put in operation again, but the cracks were occurred frequently in some blades. In unit overhaul period in 2009, in the joint of trailing edge of blade and upper canopy of wheel blades of #1 hydraulic turbine, the angle steels were welded to enhance the strength. The dynamic balances of unit before and after the strength enhancing were compared and analyzed, and a basis for solving the problem of cracks in wheel blades was provided.
