摘要/Abstract

摘要： 根据S109FA燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组余热锅炉汽包电接点水位计的使用经验，介绍了电接点水位计的结构、材料、环境以及工作特点,对汽包电接点水位计多次发生泄漏的情况进行了分析，为减少电接点水位计的泄漏，提高测量可靠性，提出了可行的解决方法和途径。

关键词: 余热锅炉汽包, 电接点水位计, 电极, 泄漏, 原因分析, 解决方法

Abstract: Based on the using experience of water level indicator with electrical contacts in a steam drum of waste heat boiler of S109FA gassteam combined cycle unit, the structure, the material, the environment and working characteristics of the water level indicator with electrical contacts were introduced; and the frequent leakage faults of the indicator were analyzed. In order to reduce the leakage fault and raise the reliability of measurement, some feasible solving methods were put forward.
