摘要: 在翻车机程序化控制改造中,采用了日本生产的OMRON-C200H型可编程控制器(PLC)作为控制的中心环节,用PLC完全取代了原来控制系统中以继电器为主的电气二次控制部分。采用PLC具有可靠性高、维护工作量小、控制组态灵活、控制精度高且有较强的可扩展性等优点。通过将翻车机系统由继电器控制改为可编程控制器控制,实现了翻车机系统的全自动化运行,提高了翻车机系统的可靠性。

Abstract: In the reformation of programming control for tipper, the OMRON-C200H type programmable logic controller (PLC) made in Japan was used as the core of control system. The secondary circuit control part of original control system, which was mainly made up of relays, was replaced fully by PLC. The PLC has many advantages, such as the high reliability, the little maintenance workload, the flexible control configuration, the high control accuracy, the good extensibility and others. After the reformation, the full automatic operation of tipper was realized, and the reliability of tipper system was enhanced.
