摘要: 混合SNCR-SCR烟气脱硝工艺是结合了SCR技术高效、SNCR技术投资省的特点而发展起来的一种新型的、成熟的工艺。介绍了混合SNCR-SCR工艺的特点,结合台湾某电厂的运行资料将这种工艺与单一的SCR工艺和单一的SNCR工艺进行了技术经济比较,实践证明,该工艺在保证高脱硝效率的前提下,省去了氨喷射格栅,减少了催化剂的用量,从而降低了造价和运行费用,是一种值得关注的烟气治理技术。

Abstract: Hybrid SNCR-SCR denitrification technique is a new and mature process which combines the higher efficiency of SCR and the lower cost of SNCR. The characteristics of hybrid SNCR-SCR de-NOX process, and compares it with SCR process and SNCR process technically and economically ware introduced. It has been certificated by the practice that the hybrid SNCR-SCR de-NOX process can keep high efficiency with lower coast by eliminating the ammonia injection grid (AIG) and decreasing catalytic volume, therefore it’s a flue gas treatment technology on which should be pay attention.
