摘要:随着智能电网建设的开展,基于广义测量信息,从系统的角度综合考虑继电保护的设计和配置的站域继电保护得到了越来越多的关注。分析了现有母线保护中失灵逻辑与电流互感器(CT)断线逻辑的实现方式及其存在的不足,从站域保护的角度给出相应的解决方案。通过动态模拟试验,证实了站域继电保护可以克服传统保护的局限性,进一步改善保护的灵敏性和可靠性。

Abstract:

Abstract:With the smart grid construction launching, based on generalized measurement information from the system, protection design and setting of the substation are paid more and more attentions. Realization mode and shortcomings of the busbar’ failure logic protection and CT failure are analyzed. The solution are given based on the substation protection. It’s testified that the substation Area Relay Protection can overcome the shortcomings for the limitations of the traditional protections through the dynamic simulation test. Sensitivity and reliability of the of the relay protection are further bettered.
