摘要:

摘要:三峡升船机具有吨位大、提升高度高、上下游水位变幅快等特点,是目前世界上技术难度和规模最大的升船机。以三峡升船机厂内联调试验为基础,通过在AB公司PLC和西门子变频传动装置之间增加一套协调控制模块(D445)的方法,搭建仿真模型,试验数据表明,该方法极大地提高了各吊点之间的同步性能。

Abstract:

Abstract:Ship lift for Three gorges have the characteristics of huge tonnage,high lift hight,changeable upstream and downstream,and with the
world hardest technology and biggest scale.Based on the alignment experiment in the ship lift plant,and the method of add a coordinator control module between AB
s PLC and Siemenss variable frequency gearing.The experimental data shows this method greatly enhanced synchronization performance among each suspension point.
