摘要:对波纹管膨胀节结构进行改进,通过有限元分析对比了改进前后设备的应力和变形情况。分析结果表明:结构改进后波纹管应力较改进前明显下降,轴向变形显著减小;膨胀节法兰中心区域与边缘变形量差异明显减小,螺栓所受附加弯矩减小;结构改进后设备能够更有效地抵抗外力作用,承受更大的变形量。因此,波纹管膨胀节结构改进是有效地缓解外力作用、减小变形量的重要途径,能够确保GIS安全、稳定地运行。

Abstract:Bellow expansion joint structure was improved and compared with original structure under finite element analysis. The result indicated that stress and axial deformation of improved structure was significantly reduced, deformation difference of expansion joint center and margin was reduced, bending moment on bolt was reduced. After improvement, equipment could resist exterior force more effectively, and bear stronger deflection. Thus, bellow expansion structure improvement could effectively resist exterior force, reduce deflection, and ultimately ensure the operating safety and stability of GIS.
