摘要:

电厂广泛采用热交换器(或水冷器)等设备间接冷却水、汽、油、气等各种介质,针对电厂工业循环冷却水系统结垢及腐蚀严重现象,通过小型阻垢缓蚀剂添加试验确定最佳水处理方案,达到阻垢、缓蚀目的,保证冷却水有良好的冷却效果,实现生产装置正常、高效、长周期运行和节水、节能的目标。

Abstract:

Power plant widely adopted heat exchanger (or water cooler) to cool water, steam, oil and gas indirectly. To solve the problem of scaling and corrosion, small scale and corrosion inhibitor was added. Cooling water working condition was ensured. The objective to longterm, high efficiency, and reduce water and energy consumption was fulfilled.
