摘要:

为降低6FA燃气轮机联合循环机组夜间停运期间的辅机耗电率,提高燃气轮机机组日开夜停运行模式的经济性,通过增加停机冷却水泵,在机组夜间停运期间代替闭式冷却水泵的措施,实现机组运营成本的降低。优化后,机组夜间停运期间的辅机电耗率从之前的35.0%降低到22.8%,每月可节约成本8562元。

Abstract:

In order to reduce the power consumption rate of the auxiliary machine during shutdown of the 6FA gas turbine combined cycle unit in night, and improve the economic performance of the gas turbine units’ running mode which is running by day and stop by night, the shutdown cooling water pump is used to replace the closed cooling water pump during the nightly shutdown. The measure reduced the operating costs of the unit. After the optimization, the nightly power consumption rate of auxiliary mechanical was reduced from the 35.0% to 22.8%, and the cost was reduced by 8562 yuan per month.
